We aim to ship as fast as possible. Orders will ship within 1-3 business days. Once the order has shipped you will receive an email with the tracking information.
We accepted unused returns with tags still attached within 7 days of the delivery date.
New and unused items returned after 14 days are eligible for a gift card only.
We currently only ship via USPS within the United States.
We are a small business. Our products ship from our two locations based in New York and California.
Currently we do not offer local pickup. Products are only eligible for shipping.
Most of our products are second hand and worn once. All items are professionally dry cleaned. We aim to only accept products in the best condition. Sometimes we may accept flawed items that can be fixed or altered by a professional. We grade our products based on the scale below.

| Brand New | Item is brand new and never worn. |
| Like New | Item is like new. Likely never worn but with tags removed. |
| Excellent Used Condition | Item has been worn lightly and dry cleaned with no noticeable flaws. |
| Good Used Condition | Item has been worn with small or minor flaws to be noted in the description. |
| Fair Used Condition | Item has been worn with large and many flaws to be noted in the description |
